I hired Royal Booths for my 21st birthday last month as they seemed like great value for money. The customer service was great and they were very easy to contact and the response time was very quick if you had any questions. However, on the actual night of my party and using the photo booth, I was very disappointed. The photos did not turn out like the previews they show on their social media or on this site. You could barely fit three people in the shot and it was a very close-up and unflattering angle since you could only see your shoulders and head in the pictures. Despite that, I tried to look past it and continued on with my night. The photos were fine during the day due to the brightness of the sun but as night fell, the photos were very shadowed and some faces were illuminated while others weren't. The use of only one light at an angle during the night was a poor choice by the attendant. As well as this, the attendant had to leave halfway through the night because he needed to buy a USB because he forgot one. Maybe I have high standards for photo booths as I have been in my fair share and they were all fun, but I was definitely disappointed on the night of my party even though I didn't want to be.
AMAIZING customer service,We used Royalbooths for our wedding last week and the booth was so user friendly the setup was stunning and Julie was such a wonderful attendant. Everyone had a wonderful time would highly recommend.
